Can you guarantee a Blue Card approval?
We cannot. A real limitation of this program is that authority timelines and decisions sit outside our control. We improve readiness and sequencing; we do not sell outcomes we cannot deliver.
Do employers attend?
Often for Modules 3 and 5. Many teams instead book Hiring Desk Align in parallel so candidate sessions stay focused.
What language are sessions in?
English by default, with German terminology explained in context. Pure German sessions are available on request when both sides prefer it.
